Description  of the course:

Objections are not usually a rejection of the seller's product, service, or idea, but are a way, among others, of asking for additional information to create more value than what they could get.

There are different systems to work an objection and it is important to know how to work them, since the most common thing is that a client tells you no, and that does not mean that a large percentage of people are not interested.  

It is of the utmost importance to be able to refute any objection in order to convey the vision you have regarding your product, service or idea and for customers to see it.

An objection is not always real, there are different types of objections and you must know the difference between them to know how to work with them. Something that you must accept as a good seller is that if there is no REAL OBJECTION and they do not buy, you are responsible for not having handled the objection in the best way.

 

Do you know why they don't give people what they need?

because it gives them  fear to the sellers when they receive the first objection that the client gives them and they get discouraged,  The worst thing is that these sellers do not realize that it is not only they who do not obtain the benefit of the sale, the CUSTOMERS are the most affected since they do not obtain the product, service or idea that you offer that is potential for them.

That person who comes to you or that you look for, could benefit extraordinarily from what you offer, it is in your hands to persuade, handle the objection(s) and inspire that person to take action with your product, service or idea.
