TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When purchasing a service  or take part in any of the courses organized by SAVITAR TRAINING, the consumer who will hereinafter be called "guest" expresses their full acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions that will be considered automatically incorporated into the contract.

TICKETS AND RESERVATIONS

The purchase and/or reservation of places for any service  and/or course with SAVITAR TRAINING will be carried out after the payment of 100% of the total amount  for the purchase of a ticket, or 50% of the total amount of the course for the reservation of a place. The reservation confirmation will be made upon the delivery of a reservation ticket that will cover only the reservation of the trip and any clarification of reimbursement or cancellation (In case of meeting the conditions for reimbursement and/or cancellations). The remaining 50% must be paid at least seven days before the date of the course, otherwise the reservation may be considered as: Cancelled, applying, in such a case, the conditions outlined in the cancellations section. Once the total amount of the ticket is covered, the buyer will receive the numbered course ticket.

CANCELLATION OF COURSE

The ticket can be canceled without penalty, with no less than 15  days and more than 21  days before the start  of the course, as long as it has been paid in cash; The refund can be requested by sending an email to chriseajeb@savitartraining.com indicating the reason for its cancellation, your bank details for transfer and sending a copy of the valid official identification of the person whose name appears on the ticket. In case of exceeding the cancellation time limit (15  days), it can no longer be canceled, it can only be transferred (up to 5 days before the course), if you wish to change the date of the course at the time of transfer, 50% of the total cost of the service or course must be covered. You can only transfer your ticket to another person under the conditions that protect the price paid for the ticket. In the case of Promotions and Special Rates, special conditions apply and you should consult them on the page  www.savitartraining.com.

All refunds will be made by electronic transfer, bank deposit and/or cash.

In case of having acquired it in dollars or another currency  You will be reimbursed in national currency, according to the price on the ticket.

PENALTIES, REFUNDS AND CLARIFICATIONS

All penalties, reimbursements and/or clarifications that are appropriate, for any reason, will always be formalized through the company SAVITAR TRAINING.  

As a general rule, regarding the interpretation of the services included in the course, a strict criterion of literalness must be followed, which leads to the conclusion that what is not specifically detailed as included in the price of the course, will not be included in this: however, the guest, in case of doubt, should consult it before the start of the course, and through the Company as the only one capable of giving a real interpretation of the services included in it in order to avoid subsequent claims.

At any time the user or consumer can desist from the requested or contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts that they had paid (whether it is the total price or the anticipated advance payment); however, you must indemnify the company for all management expenses, plus cancellation expenses, if the latter have occurred.

A penalty consisting of 50% of the total course if the withdrawal occurs with more than 8  days and less than 10 before the start date of the course: 75% between days 7 and 5, and 100% within 96  hours prior to  course. If you do not show up at the time established for the course, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid.

In no case is the Company responsible for accommodation, maintenance, transportation and other expenses that arise as a result of  departures or returns of means of transport due to weather, technical, strikes or other causes of force majeure.

Any clarification must be made through the official communication channels of the Company.

ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

When the cancellation of the course  is due to reasons of force majeure, understanding as such those circumstances outside the person who invokes them, abnormal and unforeseeable whose consequences could not have been avoided.

In the event that before  of the course, the Organizer is forced to significantly modify any essential element of the contract, it must immediately notify the guest. The guest may choose between terminating the contract without any penalty or accepting a modification of the contract specifying the changes introduced and their impact on the price.

In the event that the Organizer cancels the combined course before the agreed departure date, for any reason that is not attributable to the guest: the guest will be entitled, from the time the contract is terminated, to a refund of all amounts paid or the completion of another course of equivalent or higher quality, provided that the organizer can provide it
